3 bedroom house with views of the magnificent Souillac viaduct!

Ref:  6744s

This property is situated in a residential area of Souillac.  The town centre being just 5 minutes on foot!

*3 Bedrooms
*2 Shower rooms
*Lounge/dining room
*Huge basement with utility room and garage included
*Garden 836m²
*Double galzing
*Central heating

The exterior is in good condition.  The interior is not bad.....  Some of it needs a bit of refreshing decor wise, however, the usual culprits such as kitchen and bathrooms have already been updated and are modern!  Therefore only a make over with a paint brush is needed....

This is actually quite a large property.  Living accommodation starts on the first floor as in many town houses. There is the office (or 4th bedroom) another bedroom, shower room, lounge/dining and kitchen on this floor.  The kitchen, lounge dining room is all connected.  This is more than a corner kitchen though.  It feels like a 'real' kitchen with a separating bar between it and the dining room.  It's red, shiny and new!   The dining room connects to the lounge.  And....  from the lounge you get those fabulous views of the viaduct ...  well you would if all those plants were not in the way!!   In front of the jungle there are great big windows that open up onto the terrace.  I have to add here that this room has a great feeling about it.  Warm, friendly feel if you know what I mean...  (I'm convinced houses have personality - yes I know I'm bonkers!)

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and bathroom.  One of the bedrooms also has a balcony.

Underneath the house there is a huge garage, workshop, utility and general junk storage area at present.  The photo's show it as being a bit messy - well it was, the owner really did use it as a workshop!

A fair size garden surrounds the property.  Some planting would enclose you!

My view:  Perhaps not a typical house you would be thinking of if you came to buy in France.  However, more and more people are deciding to be in town to be near life(!).  This is one you should seriously consider if you would like to live the ordinary French persons life!
