Certainly not much to do in this one. Even the kitchen and bathroom are in good condition and perfectly use-able.... not horrible flashy bright orange, red or green walls either - yes this one is quite promising!
The lounge has a fireplace, I would probably get a wood burning stove in there which will be much more efficient. You find in these smaller properties that a good one of those will heat the entire house!
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Nice size and light and bright. The other two are upstairs. To be fair, I think one would be more suited as an office as it is on the small side.
The kitchen is fitted. Basic units but it all looks clean and nice.
The bathroom is white and clean!!!
Attached to one side of the house is the garage. The garden surrounds the house. It's not huge so will not take too much looking after but you do have that all important space to be able to eat outside! There is also a garden block built shed ... to store the parasol!
My view: Great little place. Ideal for people who just want to move in without having to do much work. The village is lovely and you are central to all the tourist hotspots!
