Just a few kilometres from Gourdon, is where we find this little barn.  All commerce in Gourdon so little barn is not lost in the middle of nowhere!  Situated to the side of a country road and about 200m from the main road leading into Gourdon.

There is positive permission to turn this little place into habitable accommodation.  Water and electrics are nearby.  It's not huge so makes it an interesting little project,  although there is everything to do of course!

This one has character....  in this case I go into estate agent language, which means the 'character' is that the walls are bowed and there are cracks in the stonework!!!!  Of course it has been a working little barn and this is very common.

The land surrounds the three sides of the property.  A lot of it is wooded and hilly but there is still a large part of flat green grass around.

My view:  I think this is a nice little barn.  The condition, if I was looking to do a full restoration, would be ideal in fact as it leaves a blank canvas to put your own stamp on it.  The size means that it would not be a huge huge project but one where you could end up with a lovely little gem of a property!
