Cute, good price and in town!

Ref:  6331S                                       SOLD!

Price:  70.000€  Reduced to 60.000€  55.000!!(agency fee included)

Here is a quirky little property!!  I'm beginning to seriously wonder if I am quirky too as I loved it!  Situated right in the middle of Souillac town, with all the restaurants, bars and commerce just two minutes walk!  A cute little place with a large garden!

The exterior is in pretty good condition.  The interior - well how can I describe it?  It's not bad...  that's a good thing!  But it has only been used as holiday accommodation,  so it is basic. Downstairs does not communicate with the upstairs at the moment.  Upstairs consists of a lounge room/bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom (with one of those dinky half sized baths!) . There is a lovely terrace with railings all around leading off. Downstairs has small bedroom, bathroom, and sort of lounge room.  Another basic kitchen is in one of the rooms outside!

Ha!  The lil' bath!

This could easily be transformed into one house by a little re-arranging and adding a staircase.  Or it could become two studio flats ... There is a possible habitable surface of 66m2.
In my opinion, this would be a perfect holiday home or a small place for a couple. There is a very nice garden of 670m2. You could change things if you wanted to - or leave it as it is (after a slash of paint of course!). The garden is lovely.  It is situated next to a road - but then you are in the middle of town.  However, the road cannot be seen and at this price it is a pretty interesting property!

I pass this property every day on walks with my dogs to the river.  I can confirm that there is one massive cherry tree in the garden that produces the most amazingly tasty fruit!!!
