This is a nice simple little bungalow...  perfect for one of those little lock up and go holiday homes.   I have to say the photo's do not make it very appealing I know, however, with a little colour added to the garden with a few shrubs and trees - that would transform the kerb appeal!  At present, nothing has been added to the garden!  Not one flower!   Therefore it all looks a little barren.

Situated on a very small, private 'lotissement' just behind a super little village with all small commerce within walking distance and beautiful country walks.

My view:  The location is really nice if you want to be involved in French life.  This is not on an estate of houses, just a collection of a few that are privately owned.  This one would be ideal for those who want that holiday home an do not want to take on renovations.  Indeed, it's only a change of decor and I think this could be a real wise buy as it is only 10 years old.  Price is excellant!
