Great little bungalow getaway with a large garden!

Ref:  527g                                                SOLD !

Price:  145.000€ (agency fee included)

The photo's on this one really do not show off it's potential.  Lovely sunny day yesterday but it's still winter months so this little property gives the impression of being a little tired looking..... with no leaves on the trees or flowers in the garden it looks rather dull.  In fact it's one of those kind of places that I would like to vamp up (if I was clever enough!) on some sort of computer programme.  Add in some tubs of flowers on the porch, erase out those awful bright pink net curtains in the lounge just to show you how appealing it could be!!
Situated in a lovely semi rural location, high up,  about 10 minutes from the village of Le Vigan (which has all small commerce) about 20 minutes from the town of Gourdon in the LOT.

Have to say, the environment is superb.  Love the setting of the little house.  Nestled back off of the small country road in the middle of a very large plot of land.  In the distance you can  see one of the neighbouring small villages sitting on the hill....  very pleasant indeed!  In fact the views all around are lovely, even from the bedroom window.

*2 bedrooms 13m² each
*Large kitchen/living room 33m²
*Bathroom
*5500m² of land

The house is very simple but has everything you need.  Two good sized bedrooms.  Good sized bathroom.  Separate W.C and a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.  The property is in excellent condition.

There are two tables in the kitchen dining room bit which make the room look a little over junked!  The kitchen is nicely fitted with white units making it very inoffensive.  Tiled floors make it easy to keep clean throughout.  No major works needed, just perhaps a change of colour...  or no colour actually, just a splash of white paint would make this seem a modern little place in no time at all.

I loved the garden.  It's large for one, but also has parts to it, or garden rooms as I like to call them!  Just gives it more interest I think to have different areas.  The garden has been well kept and there is even a kind of secret little sitting area that has been sculpted out of the bushes.  Just a typical kind of quirky little thing that I like!  Hiding behind the stone wall is a place to park your caravan!

My view:  Great buy if you are searching for a simple holiday home or for a couple who do not want to spend time renovating.  Tempting!!!  All that is needed is some flowers out the front!
