Old farmhouse with several outbuildings!

Ref:  6170S

Price:  163.500€ (agency fee included)

How difficult it is now to buy a 'corps de ferme' in our region...  But here is one, new on the market!

Firstly what is rather different is that this property is not in the middle of nowhere, it is actually on the outskirts of Souillac and therefore has all commerce and town life within walking distance.   So how nice would it be to be in an ancient farmhouse but near to life??!
This property is in it's raw state and in need of full renovation - make no mistakes!  It's so full of junk it was difficult to take photo's!!  However, what is so exciting is that you can start from a blank canvas...
* 4 bedrooms
*Bathroom
*Lounge
* Kitchen
*Cellar
*Several barns and outbuildings!
*26 800m2 land.

In fact there is a total surface, including the barns of 366m2.  You could keep just the house as it is and keep the barns as independent and store your own tractor(!) or perhaps transform the barns also...

As I said, the interior is in a very poor state and needs total renovation.  There are some lovely original character elements that would look so wonderful when incorporated into a newly finished renovation.
Ooooooooh - one of those spooky dolls looking at us!!!  Why do so many French people have those?????

The land surrounds the property.  To the rear of the house, is a lovely old stone built staircase which is mostly hidden by bushes and the like which have grown wild over the years.

My view:  A full on project for someone!  However, it is getting harder in our region to find an old authentic stone built farmhouse with buildings like this so it would be worth it.  I loved the place!
