The Souillac country Club is situated just on the outskirts of Souillac. It is a very popular 18 hole golf course. This chalet has just come onto the market! 
The chalet is situated on the outskirts of the residential part of the park.  In fact it couldn't be more ideally positioned.  With trees and the greens behind,  this chalet is in a perfectly quiet and peaceful area.  The whole park is kept to a very high standard.  This chalet is also in perfect condition throughout.

In total there is 76m2 of living space.  These chalets have been very well designed and are built of quality construction materials and they seem much larger than the 76m2!  Well thought out, there is room for everything.  I have to say that it would be possible to live in one of these all year round - it didn't necessarily have just that holiday home feeling.

Exterior and interior are in perfect condition.  For during the winter months, electric heaters are in place but I doubt whether they would be needed in addition to the wood burning stove.  Yes this really could be very cosy in winter too.

There is a paved area to the rear and side of the chalet for outside eating and sunbathing.  There is a communal, annual charge for the upkeep of the driveways and of course the swimming pool.  There are many pools at the park and one for every 10 or so chalets.  Each group of chalets are within their own little close so to speak, so it's like you are going into your own private little commune!

Other residents of the club very successfully rent out their chalets throughout the year.  This could be another choice for you!
