The lounge is just so cosy ....  Imagine snuggling up in front of that fireplace in the winter...  

Now this is not a huge place, so, as usual with a lot of French properties and like I always say - there are some quirky bits!  Character!  There are two bedrooms here.  One you get to after going through the office and one is off of the lounge.   The first bedroom has a very useful dressing room space.  

There is a lovely modern bathroom, all new, so once again in perfect condition.  Carry on past the bathroom and you arrive at the utility room.  Practical!

My view:  Great little place.  In absolutely perfect condition throughout.  Charming and cosy!
