The exterior is in pretty good condition, the joints are quite dark in colour which seems to make them stand out a little more.   The interior, well, it's a bit shabby but you can see the potential!  Mainly decorating needed and those lovely old wooden floors could do with a polish!!  There are in actual fact, some nice features, marble fireplace for example which seems lost in the room at the moment...  some sympathetic paintwork here will transform this place

There is a fitted kitchen which is open to the lounge room.  This is a very nice room indeed.  Large, light and bright....  

The three bedrooms are all good sizes.  Don't let the duvet cover on one of the photo's detract you from seeing the potential of the room!
