Oh what a lovely little place! If you are looking for a small holiday home where you can walk in, unpack your suitcase and open a bottle of wine - then this could be it!
In absolutely perfect, pristine condition throughout.
*Bedroom of 14.40m²
*Kitchen/living room 25.50m²
I thought that this one has a little bit of a Wow factor for such a little cottage. And for once I can offer you something in the lower budget end that is in such good condition!!
Situated in a small rural but very nice and well kept hamlet (see the photo of the road) about 17km's from Gourdon, 23 km's from Sarlat, and just 4.5 km's from the village of Daglan where you will find all small commerce.
The nearest village is called Bouzic, just a little way down the country lane which is rather famous for it's artisan producers market on a Tuesday evenings in July and August where you can also join in with the huge BBQ! I took a photo of the market place just for you!
As you get to the property itself, (you can park your car in the private parking space) you have a huge pair of lovely wooden gates. Inside those gates is an enclosed patio area which has high stone walls giving you complete privacy.
The entrance door takes you into the main kitchen, living room. This is a lovely large room with very high ceilings. There is space for all you need.... a kitchen area, lounge area and ample room for the dining table as well.
The bedroom is also fab! Lovely and large with the huge doors giving lots of light. Beautifully finished off with the little shower room en-suite. The shower room is in fact quite a small room as they have also made lots of fixed storage so it could be made larger if required and even the W.C could be put in there - but for a holiday home, this would not be at all necessary.
My view: Fantastic price, fantastic little property !
